What I Wore // Cats and More Cats

I'm not supposed to be spending money at the moment, but I just couldn't help myself when I saw this top. What says 'crazy cat lady' more than a cat jumper? I love the fine knit and how lightweight it is; perfect for autumn layering.

Of course, Soldier wanted to get in on the action and I took a little break from taking photos to play with him - he loves chasing leaves and bits of grass, such a cutiepie.

I decided to take a swing on the big tree, because I am the epitome of elegance and grace. There was an almighty 'CRACK' as I swung my feet off the ground - the branch didn't snap (phew), but it swiftly put an end to my monkeying around.

Top to toe:
Rosette brooch (used at hair accessory) - Accessorize [old] / Cat jumper - H&M / Denim skirt - thrifted / Skull bangle - Etsy / Boots - Target [old] / Bag - Primark / Nail polish - Illamasqua 'Ruthless'.

Hope your week is going just swell!

xx

  2. I haven't climbed a tree in many years, I'm just not as agile as I was when I was young haha. I never thought about using brooches as a hair accessory.

    1. I have zero upper body strength these days - I can't believe how hard it was just swinging on the tree!
