What I Wore // Ponies and Leopards

Oh look, I'm wearing leopard print again! My wardrobe comprises approximately 40% black, 30% leopard print and 30% novelty prints. Perfect!

Here's what I wore to the vintage steam fair on Sunday. It was a slightly ill-judged ensemble, considering how breezy it was. I've had many a Marilyn moment in this dress and several more on this occasion. Oh well, it's a small price to pay for wearing pretty frocks.

Whilst snapping these pics, I enjoyed how the dappled light coming through the trees looks kinda like I'm under a disco ball. Nature disco!

Just realised that Soldier totally photobombed me in the second picture! Cheeky muffin!

I love this dress - as if the pony print wasn't enough, it's also super swooshy and excellent for twirling in. Which is basically the measure of a good dress, in my opinion.

Vintage keys are a 'thing' of mine. I picked this one up at an antiques place about five years ago and it was just the right dainty size to pop on a chain. I wonder what it opens? I like the mystery behind it.

Well, I hope y'all are having a good Monday so far. I'll be glad when work is over so I can get back to fixin' up my studio.

  2. I'm getting used to flashing my underpants at people these days, all in the name of cute skirts and dresses! I love the pattern mixing here, speaking of leopard, I know another blogger whose a big fan, if you haven't already been acquainted :)
